11.1.3 Hypospadia
      Hypospadias is a congenital malformation and occurs once in every 500 males. External meatus can be situated at some points on the under-surface of the penis or in the perineum. It may be called a glandular hypospadias or a coronal hypospadias depending on whether opening is on the glans or the shaft of the penis 



11.1.3.1 TREATMENT

      Plastic operation is required to reconstruct a new passage from the existing opening to the glans penis and to correct the deformity of the penis (corded)
