Paraphimosis
In case of phemosis a forcefull retraction
of the prepuce as in intercourse or manu retraction by the patient the forokin
is stuck behind the glans the veins are obstructed and oedema occures the
condition is painful.
Treatment a manual reduction under local lignocaine is tried. If no success a dorsal slit under local anaesthesia Thesia or a circumsission under GA is required
